We understand that sometimes our customers may need to cancel their bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers while also allowing us to manage our business effectively.


Cancellation of Booking

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The amount of refund you receive will depend on the timing of your cancellation as follows:

  1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for 100% refund.
  2. Cancellation of Booking More Than 15 Days Prior to Check-In: If you cancel your booking more than 15 days prior to the date of check-in, we will refund 90% of the amount you paid.
  3. Cancellation of Booking More Than 7 Days and Less Than 15 Days Prior to Check-In: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to the date of check-in, we will refund 50% of the amount you paid.
  4. Cancellation of Booking in Less Than or Equal to 7 Days Prior to Check-In: If you cancel your booking in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date, no refund would be given to you.


Exceptions

Please note that some bookings may be non-refundable or may have a different cancellation policy due to their nature, such as bookings during peak seasons, special events, or other similar circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation policy will be clearly mentioned on the booking confirmation page.

Refunds are not available for missed trains, flights and volvos caused by personal circumstances.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, delays, or changes to booking caused by adverse weather conditions.


Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing time.


Amendments to Booking

If you request changes to your booking instead of canceling, such as rescheduling or transferring to another tour, requests must be made at least 15 days before departure.


Strict Adherence to Itinerary

Customers are required to strictly follow the itinerary as provided. Any deviation from the scheduled plan, including but not limited to delays, route changes, or skipped destinations, may result in additional charges or forfeiture of certain services. The company is not responsible for any missed experiences or accommodations resulting from failure to adhere to the specified itinerary.
