Shantanu Singh
Founder & Business Developer
Shantanu holds a degree in business management, specialising in the oil and gas industry. He has experience working as a business developer for corporations. He was one of the founding members of ‘Falhari,’ a leading food chain startup.
He co-founded Vista Stays, along with his college mates, in 2018, a leading chain of hotels and homestays. He founded Experience Aum in 2021 with the vision of taking experiential tourism up a notch, promoting self-employment and contributing his bit to solve the problem of migration in the Himalayan region.
Astha Negi
Procurement and Human Resource
Astha is a scholar of literature. She has an eye for detail and facilitates procurement and coordination between the team. She is also the director of the Neer Vidya Foundation, an organisation that empowers women by promoting their education and livelihood sectors. Astha also started Neer Stays, a women-run homestay in the Sarmoli village of Munsiyari, to support the local ecosystem.

Nikhil Rupchandani
Technology, Automation and Experience
Being an IT graduate, Nikhil has always been an avid cinematographer and video editor. He is a digital nomad, capturing stunning visuals and expressing beautiful stories through his shots and pictures. He has prior experience working with renowned companies like Tata Consultancy Services.
Shashank Karehonn
Technical Consultant and Project Manager
A graduate in Computer Science Engineering with experience as a Backend Engineer at IBM, Shashank is passionate about applying technology to real-world business challenges. He helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adopt technology to improve efficiency and profitability, focusing on solutions that drive growth and streamline operations.
Bhumika Bisht
Media Marketing and Operations Executive
After graduating with a master’s in Environmental Science, Bhumika always had a knack for content writing and digital marketing. She has hands-on experience writing SEO-driven content and outlining strategic brand-building and lead-generation approaches. Her operational skills help her design bespoke travel experiences and ensure every process runs smoothly.

Accounts and Operations
Having carved her niche as a student of arts and literature, Anita has significant knowledge of the history of Uttarakhand. She has also volunteered as a teaching personnel with NVF. She has a ballgame combination of history and numbers. Her problem-solving skills and expertise in coordination make her an excellent team player.
Akansha Bisht
Guest Relation Executive
With a degree in hospitality management, Akanksha has experience working with leading brands like The Leela and The Kumaun. She is an aspiring chef who regularly volunteers at events and festivals in Uttarakhand. She holds an exceptional record of providing outstanding guest delight and communication.
