Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
❌ Refunds are NOT available for:
- Missed trains, flights, and buses due to personal circumstances.
- Cancellations, delays, or changes caused by adverse weather condition.
Changes to Booking
If you request changes to your booking instead of canceling (such as rescheduling or transferring to another tour), requests must be made at least 15 days before departure.
Delay due to Temples, Traffic or similar issues
The company is not responsible for missed buses, trains, or flights due to delays caused by temple visits, traffic, or similar reasons. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Weather conditions & Extended stay
For Your Safety:
In case of bad weather (such as heavy rain or landslides), if the stay needs to be extended for safety reasons, guests must follow the updated plan.

Strict Adherence to Itinerary

Consequences of Devition:
Any deviation from the scheduled plan, including but not limited to:
- Delays
- Route changes
- Skipped destinations

- Additional charges
- Forfeiture of certain services
